Simple 3-Step Process
Book a window, get a firm number from our nine-step load ladder, and watch it leave. Jacksonville, Mandarin, Nocatee, Orange Park and the rest of Duval and St. Johns.
Step by Step
Jason and the crew run this the same way on every job, whether it is one chair out of a Baymeadows condo or a whole storage unit off Flagler Center Boulevard.
Book online through our scheduler or call Jason at 904-200-9793. We run Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday mornings until noon. Same-day windows open up often across Duval and St. Johns — the earlier you call, the better the odds.
We walk the job with you and size the load against our nine-step ladder, from a minimum pickup up to a full truck. You see the exact tier, plus any appliance or tire fee, before we touch anything.
You point, we carry. Upstairs, out of the garage, out of the back yard — the lifting is ours. Reusable furniture and household goods go to Jacksonville donation partners, and we sweep the space before we pull out.
No Surprises
No charge to come out and look. We size the load in front of you, name the price, and you decide. Nothing is owed until you say load it.
Priced by the room your items take in the truck, not by item count or the hour. Nine tiers between a minimum load and a full truck, so the price moves a step at a time.
Labor, loading, driving, and dump fees are inside the load price. The only extras are pass-through disposal fees on appliances and tires, and we tell you about them before we load, not on the invoice.
Quick Answers
No. Point at what needs to go and we do the carrying — out of an upstairs bedroom, a packed garage, or the back of the yard. The one exception is a hot tub, which has to be drained and disconnected from its power source before we can take it.
No charge. The on-site estimate is free and there is no obligation. You only pay if you tell us to load.
Same-day is often available. We run Jacksonville, Mandarin, Baymeadows, Bartram Park, and the St. Johns County side Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm, plus Saturday 9am to noon. Call 904-200-9793 and we will tell you what is open today rather than guess.
We re-size the load on the spot and show you the new tier before anything extra goes on the truck. The ladder moves in nine steps, so the adjustment is usually one step, not a jump to a whole new price.
By how much room your items take in the truck. The ladder has nine steps, from a minimum load up to a full truckload, and half a load is the tier most Jacksonville jobs land on. Every step and its price is listed on our pricing page.
A few things carry a disposal fee the facility charges us per piece, which we pass through at cost: fridges, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, and tires. Hot tubs are quoted separately and need to be drained and disconnected first. Everything else — labor, loading, driving, and dump fees — is inside the load price. The fee amounts are on our pricing page.
From wherever the items sit. Second-floor bedroom, attic, shed, side yard — you do not need to drag anything to the curb first.
Usable furniture, appliances, and household goods go to local donation centers so they stay out of the landfill. Electronics go to certified recyclers. What cannot be donated or recycled is taken to a licensed transfer station.
There is a minimum price rather than a minimum size. One chair, one appliance, or a few bags of debris is a minimum load, and it covers the crew and the disposal behind it. Below that it is not worth sending a truck across the county, and we would rather say so than surprise you on the invoice.
