We Haul It Away

Book OnlineYOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED FIRST
How much does junk removal cost in Jacksonville?
Hefty Rhino uses straightforward volume-based pricing: you pay for the space your items take up in the truck. We give you a firm quote in person before anything is loaded, and the number we quote is the number you pay. If you ask for a ballpark over the phone we will give you one, but the price is only firm once we have seen the load. No hourly rate, no fuel surcharge, no hidden fees. Contact us for a free estimate.
Do you offer same-day junk removal in Jacksonville?
Yes. Same-day junk removal is available by request throughout the Jacksonville area, and next-day appointments are usually easy to schedule. Call before noon for the best chance at a same-day slot. You can also book online and we will confirm your arrival window by phone or text.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Jacksonville and the surrounding Northeast Florida area, including Mandarin, Baymeadows, Bartram Park, Jacksonville Beach, Julington Creek, Fruit Cove, St. Johns, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra Beach, Orange Park, and Fleming Island. That covers most of Duval, St. Johns, and Clay counties. If you are close to any of these areas, call and we will confirm coverage.
What items do you take?
We take almost everything: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, carpet, hot tubs, exercise equipment, and full garage, storage unit, or estate cleanouts. We do not haul hazardous materials such as wet paint, chemicals, or automotive fluids. When in doubt, just ask and we will tell you in about 30 seconds whether we can take it.
Do you recycle or donate items?
Yes, where possible. We sort every load and donate and recycle where possible. Furniture and household items in good condition are donated where possible, metals and appliances are recycled where possible, and the rest is disposed of responsibly. What a donation center accepts is up to them.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer a discount for veterans, first responders, and seniors. Just mention it when you book or when the crew arrives and we will apply it to your quote. See our pricing page for how our volume-based pricing works.
