The crew looks at the load in person and gives you a firm price before anything is touched. Nothing is loaded until you say yes to that number, and you never have to move an item to the driveway yourself.
We cover Jacksonville and the surrounding Duval County communities, so most requests are handled the same day or the next morning. If you are near the edge of the map, call and ask — we route around the whole metro daily.
Most calls are one or two heavy items — a sleeper sofa, a mattress set, a dead refrigerator. We also clear whole spaces when a garage, storage unit or estate needs to be emptied in one visit.
If you are not sure whether something is on the list, send a photo with your message. Anything we cannot legally haul, we will tell you where it does go.
We answer during Mon–Fri 8am–6pm · Sat 9am–12pm. Messages that come in after hours are picked up first thing the next working morning, and the phone is the fastest route if you need a truck today.
Reusable furniture and appliances go to local donation partners before anything heads to the transfer station. You get a clean space, and less of it ends up buried.
